The Texas Specialized Telecommunications Assistance Program (STAP) provides a voucher that covers the cost of our Basic Fluency System to qualified Texans who stutter. Download the application. After STAP accepts your application they send you a voucher, then you send the voucher to us, and we send you a Basic Fluency System at no cost to you.

The Basic Fluency System plugs into telephones or can be used in face-to-face conversations. It can even be used with cellphones.
