Telecommunications Access Iowa provides discount vouchers that help pay the cost of our Basic Fluency System to qualified Iowa residents who stutter on telephone calls.

Along with your application you also need to submit a letter of Special Request. It’s best if you contact TAI for more information.

The Basic Fluency System plugs into telephones or can be used in face-to-face conversations. It can even be used with cellphones.
