The California Telephone Access Program provides our Basic Fluency System free to qualified California residents who stutter. You fill out the application form and then have your doctor or speech-language pathologist certify that you stutter.

The Basic Fluency System plugs into telephones or can be used in face-to-face conversations. It can even be used with cellphones.
